1.I have a neo geo home cart system - no box or manual - excellent condition, low serial number (ensures the best possible rgb/scart image - by far the best systems) 04XXXX.
works like a charm. Its a PAL unit (as in it was made for the european region), but any half assed tech can convert it to ntsc. all the hookups present.
