everything is under 100$ so by the rules, no need to take pictures. stop picking on this member. If you want to buy, (i don't think so) PM asking for a picture. else stop messing around, this story is getting old and tiring.

 

It'd be nice you'd say the same about him,since everytime i create a topic,he's the first to jump at it. It works in both sides.

Besides,i was just doing it sincemy friend Thibaut was interested in some of his products, and i wouldn't him to pay and not recieve anything just as it happened to me.

 

Strange thing is that my EXTRA Cawaii for Dreamcast came from Jamtex and I haven't even paid for it yet! He knew I wanted it so shipped it out before he left Japan again. I'l still waiting for him to snd me new payment details. :thumbsup:

I paid the game to him and never received anything,except insults. That's professionnal.
Insults (cheap bastard is one,right?) which were endorsed by moderator,even after being reported.
Which made 4 other members beginning to think if they were special rules for him or not.

Now other members questionings about special rules for him are answered.
It's now pretty clear for everyone there is a special status for Mr Jamtex. You're protecting him,whatever his actions or words are.
- him calling another member "a cheap bastard" in the very same member's sale topic --> reported but not deleted,even endorsed by Paulo..it's clearly against your rules,but nothing had been done about it.
- him winding up every single topic i make,even insulting me,you don't lay a finger about it. You don't even answer PMs about it.
But when i come with a normal question, 3 moderators,even admin,comes to protect him. How fair is that?

Still,whatever my posts are or would be,Thibault hasn't got any picture yet.
For 20 hours,when Mr Jamtex jumped at me withing 30 minutes, and Paulo interfered a few hours before that, seeing jamtex insults,but not doing anything about it. For days. How fair is that,once again?
Where is the moderation here? I got multiple PMs and emails about such situation,nobody understood.
I'd PM for such askings, but none of you answer. Why?

Finally, just remember my first and ONLY post here (which was clearly respetcing all rules,but still deleted), before the cavalery comes in, was about the pictures. Absolutely nothing else.
No whining or whatever imaginary thing you mentionned. I cared about another member,and don't want him to be in same misadventure i've been through.

what PMs? you sent some to jamtex? if so he'll answer whenever he wants and IF he wants to. maybe he doesn't want to be bothered having a sale with you, or is at work or whatever else.

edited: also there's no rules forcing someone to send picture on request. if you don't trust, don't buy.

I was talking about multiple PMs to Assembler or Paulo. Not answered for weeks.

I already did.Weeks ago,on another topic (my own one),Jamtex used the words "cheap bastard"'.Insults are clearly prohibited here,isn't it?
Then i reported it Paulo,and Paulo never did a thing about it.He continued to post on the very same topic,answering me,moderating ME,but the insults lasted there for DAYS. Days ater the report,days after him posting several times.

So to be honest,i have no clue how to proceed with this.
when i report such thing (insults in my sale topic),nothing happens.
When i PM moderators about it,nothing happens.
When i PM you (admin) about it,nothing happens.
So please provide me the appropriate procedure i have to follow so rules can be respected...otherwise why making rules?
Many members here pointed out the fact that his insults remained online for days,and began to wonder about Paulo behaviour about this.
Paulo remained silent about my PMs or other members askings.

By looking at Jamtex's status,it (unfortunately) definitely looks that way.

- I never spoke about 30 minutes time limit for moderation. I said jamtex jumped within 30 minutes (in fact,less than 10), but the moderation i was talking about didn't come DAYS later.
You didn't remove his post with insults,the WHOLE topic was plainly & simply deleted,once days passed and the insults were still there,and there was many other members begin to ask questions about that.

Paulo (or any who has the power to do so,can't see it) completely DELETED the whole sale topic, preventing me from selling any audio CDs,even $5 ones who don't need pictures (anyway,i provided them for every CD).
It's not even locked, it's GONE.
And that happened coincidentally when 2-3 members began to ask Paulo why Jamtex insults were still online for days,and if there was special rules for him.
Paulo(or someone else) never deleted those insults,until the very end.

My topic was competely deleted,i clicked to see what was going on,and the only thing i got was a page saying that the topic doesn't exist anymore.
And i never got any PM from anyone about that, nor any answer by PM to my PM.
How am i supposed to be warned,exactly?
If he REALLY stops, no problem, i agree as well.

The incident was the violation. It never got moderated.
So sending a link of this topic is now impossible,since someone of your team destroyed all evidences by deleting the whole sale topic.

I know the rules, i just asked for pictures.I never said he has to.
