G'day been few weeks since last time I hang around on the forum... have been busy travelling China/HK and Korea. Anyway as my last leg of trip I've been here at Seoul for last six days with today being the last day - luckily my KAL flight hasn't been cancelled. Haven't had time to check out much due to work load but managed to wonder around for 2 hours last night and saw and bought few interesting items... Firstly saw Samsung Saturn - console only with few scratches - for 20000 yen which is about U$20 and then NeoGeo console bundle for 90000 yen which works out around U$88... Due to limited luggage space couldn't buy neither of 'em but managed to get Pokemon Centre edition GameBoy Micro for U$100 inc. Hori pouch... and MetalSlugAdvance JPN sealed for U$28... And also bought several PS2 and Xbox titles - Half Life 2 for HK$199 from TRU and Sakura Taisen 3 Korean version for U$30 among others... and picked up another free Samsung notebook - 15" WS - from my old man. Apparently he got another model so he gave his old one to me while I'm in Seoul. At least now I can watch few DVD on return flight to Sydney... cheers
I always travel with some clothes that I am willing to part with. If I find good stuff and need luggage space, the clothes get the boot. Clothes are easy to replace, but good deals on import stuff isn't always easy to come by.
