Hey everyone, Watching all the Samurai Spirits intros, I noted that Samurai Spirits III has the shortest, most abbreviated intro out of the lot. No story line, no narration, just a few character introductions and that's it. Was there any reason it looked so rushed and uncinematic? Maybe this was something not lost on SNK, which is why they went back to the old awesome formula with Amakusa's Revenge?
SS3 in general was pretty rushed, apparently. A shame, since it has such an awesome, dark, tone to it.
It's definitely a step back from "LONG, LONG AGO, THERE WERE A MAN WHO TRY TO MAKE HIS SKILL ULTIMATE."
AFAIK, SS3 was a stop gap. The real SS3 is actually SS4. Some people even consider SS4 to be like SS3.1 or something.
