How-s the homebrew on the Sega Saturn?

Is it possible to port selfmade bor mods, like beats of rage??

Try SegaXtreme, there's a bunch of talented Saturn homebrewers over there.

 

The saturn homebrew scene is small and quiet, but there have been some pretty awesome releases.

It wasn't ported to the Saturn, no. (or anything like it).
