I saw one of these in a love hotel. It was used to play adult games or watch videos. The unit was behind a glass screen with a Saturn pad sticking out. Quite a rare find I'd say. Yakumo
Come on guys. We're all grown ups here who like a bit of fun :smt033 I've stayed in Love Hotels a few times because they are cheaper than normal hotels most of the time. Just because you stay in a Love Hotel doesn't mean you have to do anything that you wouldn't normally do in a normal hotel. Err, hang on, that still sounds bad :smt043 Yakumo
Bablefish is a load of crap, most of the translations it gives are just a bunch of incoherent randomish words no basic grammar or sentences, your still nothing wiser :smt009
yeah, but it still gets people most of the meaning. it's a decent tool for someone who has zero japanese experience.
Yep, it's a hotel unit. The expensive Neo Geo system was also available in this format (looks somewhat similar even).
I don't think anyone that's lived in japan for an extended period has NOT been to a Love Hotel. Yeah, they're way cheaper (and a hell of a lot bigger) than a normal hotel. If you live far away from your significant other and you've been out boozing all night, why bother trekking at 6AM... just walk across the street, pay 6000 yen, do your business and crash. I can't say I've ever seen video games in them... really bad porn films, yes, but no games.
yes, they have games I only saw Playstation and Nintendo 64. These systems seem to be pretty common nowadays at love hotels. Surprisingly I haven't spotted a PS2 yet. Kindaichi
