Saturn Modchip help! Identify timing wire point??

I need some help with identifying the below modchips and working out where timing wire should be attached to on these.
I got these from Trenton some months ago and only recently had a chance to try and perform the install on a JAP model2 32 pin IC console.
From the limited information I could find it seems that the JAP model 2 console needs the timing wire connected to pin 14 of the IC.
Can anyone work out where this wire should be from my screenshots below?

Also does anyone have any more information on any of these modchips?
