Does anyone care to share what the difference is between the Robert webb modchip and these phantom modchips I've been hearing people talk about?
This is a bit off topic, but you don't really need a modchip for the Saturn anymore since Pseudo Saturn Kai exists. http://ppcenter.webou.net/pskai/
Ya I'm aware of that option as well but if I recall using that option you loose the ability to backup game saves to the AR cart
