I measured without the CD drive and controllers board, since it can boot and has video and sound working without it, I thought the v1 doesn't need it for my tests.

Thanks for the values. They are quite close to my VA SD model, while pins 5 and 17 on the v1 are too different.
I will change the capacitors and check again.

I replaced step by step the caps around the PLL:
    • CE20 & 21 (10µF): pin 5 is 2.98MHz, pin 17 is 5.97MHz
    • then CE22 (4.7µF): pin 5 is 2.91MHz, pin 17 is around 5.85MHz
    • then CE18 & 19 (100µF): pin 5 is 2.71MHz, pin 17 is around 5.43MHz
The values are still different than a working unit, but are also quite different than before the replacement.
So I will change all the caps around the board (except the ones on the top-left, I believe they're only useful for the video/sound) because with the values changed every time, I can't trust any more any of them :p

    Hello Dreamkey
If you read this can you tell us if replacing the capacitors fixed your issue?
I'm facing the exact same issue with a Pal model 2
