I already have 4 arcade sticks it would be a waste of space to buy ANOTHER for my saturn too.

So I figure I'll just use my MAS sticks with my Saturn, the problem now is finding A playstation to Saturn converter. all the ones I've found are out of production.

any one know of where I can find one? or even how I could build one myself

Have you tried contacting Tototek or GameDoctorHK? I got mine from Tototek, and I've seen the latter sell them in their eBay store.

I think would be cheaper to replace the guts of the arcade stick with a saturn controller

Ah, you have plenty of space to fit a Saturn Pad board inside and wire everything.

You need to solder some wires to the points in the Saturn controller like this:

(Dont mind the marks I made, was trying to figure out the turbo switchs XP)

One wire for each button, and one for the ground.

Them you solder to the buttons on the arcade stick and daisychain the ground betwen them.

If its not very clear, I can make a more indeep vid tomorrow

I guess the other is for the Neo Geo, and maybe one of them for the dreamcast, and 360/PC the last?
