Bluetooth Data Link isn't supported by my transfer software, but that still should be OK in order to dump your cartridge's ROM Please let me know if you're still interested to dump your cartridge's ROM.

Even if older, I'm interested : first, for preservation of theses ROMs, and also because analyzing several versions may help to understand behavior of the cartridge.
I don't know if English translation of the firmware can be easily done or not. I may first check if adding support for XT in Pseudo Saturn Kai is simpler or not (that first requires analysis of the ROMs and features of the cartridge)

 

Yeah, i'm totally interested. I know i haven't had the most stable life the last year or so, but believe me, my saturn commitment and love for preservation is incredibly high.

Any reason why the bluetooth unit isn't supported? I don't think i have the usb one any longer, though i should be able to get it again.

Side note: I can't seem to flash the usb dev cart, there is some sort of issue erasing.

Because it is closed source, and AFAIK, because its transfer protocol isn't specified.
USB-based devices have their specifications about their transfer protocol available on maker's homepage, but I couldn't find equivalent of such document for Bluetooth models.

Erf, I forgot you were owning an USB dev cart ! That will be more convenient in order to dump your cartridge(s)
Please try to flash Pseudo Saturn Kai on it (check your PMs for more instructions). After flashing, Pseudo Saturn Kai exploit will be available and your cartridge will still allow to do USB transfer.
The issue when erasing may solve by tuning position of the cartridge in its slot. For example, please try to lift it by ~1mm after completely inserting it. You may also want to flash it on a modchipped Saturn in order to avoid to perform swap trick.

 

does anybody have a copy of the flasher utility with the Xterminator firmware? i have a V.3 with controller thats blanked. chips report empty.

 

Got it up and running using pseudo saturn Kai flasher......... I'm guessing Café Alpha didn't see my post, but wanted to thank him, best 25 dollar as-is buy I've made in a long time.
