Scanline generator and Video encoder

    Hey all, Im building a video encoder circuit using the BA7230L and LM1881. I want to add a scanline generator using a 74HC74 and 74HC125. Does it matter if the 74HC125 rgb lines are connected to the rgb inputs of the BA7230L or after?
