I have a disk from a proto set that was wrongly marked. Instead of containing a game it contains some weird utility. Have anyone here come across this and know what it is?
Although I never ran it, there's a Demo Disk SDK included in the PS2 SDK 3.0.3 (path: /usr/local/sce/Demo Disc SDK). It contains some docs, the SDK itself and a testdisc (both online and offline versions). From its readme: My guess, is someone burned the testdisc (the file mentioned in your screenshot SEGSAMPL\SEGSAMPL.ELF is included in the testdisc path I mentioned above) According to the readme.txt from SDK 3.0.3, the Demo Disk SDK included is v2.3.4 Yours seems to be v1.0 Pre-Release 1.
