    Hi there

I hope this is the right part of the forum to ask for screenshots of the SEGA TeraDrive Menus. (?) :)

1st of all, is it even possible to use DOS screen-capture tools like "ScreenThief" or "snarf.exe" on the TeraDrive ?
(Or maybe "camera.com" from Deluxe Paint II?)

If so, would anybody be so kind and take screenshots of the Menus (filebrowser, startmenu, disk menu etc.) of his TeraDrive in their original resolution and post em here ? :)

    Regards,
    Mario

I have seen those reviews, but Im more interested in screenshots in its original resolution.

I already downloaded the original (boot)disks and its bios, but my search with a hex editor did not reveal any graphic formats or whatsoever.

Also as I understood right, you cant boot these disks on an old 286 via floppy, as the Kanji and/or original BIOS ROM is just not present.

Thats why I asked here, if maybe someone has a Teradrive and could use snarf.exe or ScreenThief on his machine.

I also wrote ShaneMcRetro and other TeraDrive owners via forums or youtube. No answers yet.

You could try booting the disks on an old machine with Japanese BIOS or burning the TeraDrive BIOS to an EPROM and swapping that in to an old machine. However even if that boots the tools you want screen shots of will probably fail with an error that the MD hardware is missing. Might be worth a try though given it's easy enough and error checking back then wasn't a robust (or existent) as it is today.
