Does anyone know of a way to encode a MP4 with the SDMI (Secure Digital Music Initiative) code? I know it was hacked but can't find anything on it apart from the same stories. I refuse to pay to download music that I already own on CD just so I can listen to them on my phone. Basically I need to know a way of ripping a CD in to mp4 (that's the easy part) along with the SDMI code so that my phone will play it.

It is possible to record the CD to my phone via an adaptor which I have to buy (figures) but that means having to listen to the cd in real time while it copies to the phone's SD card :(

Don't really know much about SDMI. I tried googling, but only really got good results for hacks with MP3, not MP4. I don't know any good audio forums...

Hacks to add SDMI to Mp3 may work then I can convert the MP3 to MP4 with the crack (hopefully)
