    Hi there,
I am currently searching for some good Japanese music. Something apart from what 15yr old girls with five average manga books on their shelves are listening to.
I like rock (no jpop please) and chanson. Also 60s/70s psychodelic would be great. I figured out some artists myself already, but I do hardly find any infos on albums/songs. There is for example Yûzo Kayama (only his 60s stuff, I like his music for Black Sand Beach and not for the awful interpretation of My Way) and Yûko Mizusawa. Last one seems to have published only very few works as the only thing I can find about her is a vinyl with one track of hers.

The only title I have so far is the featured "Watashi wa koukishin no kowai onna" - which is awesome!

    Interesting!

Hmmm, don't think I'd listen to them, but it is pretty cool. They sound a little too new In Flames-y to me.

The title says "tsuyoi", not "kowai."

    Is that a Freudian slip?

She's probably far from "kowai", but still not my type either ^^" Must have confused this. Isn't there at least one kun-reading for 強い -> "kowai"?

Yes!...which is why I rarely listen to newer In Flames, although mixing trance/techno and metal in this way is unlike anything I have ever heard.
