In Kyoto I found some nice stores which sold old computer and other electronics. I don t mean stores in Akihabara. I m looking for those "we sell everything" shops. I made some good deals in Kyoto in those shops.

the reason why I ask is, I would like to pick up a Sharp X68000.

I've never seen one for sale outside a defunct computer games shop (closed many years ago) that was in Akihabara and even then they wanted a arm and a leg for it. You could try junk shops and the like but there is no gaurantee it'll work, come with all the correct parts or software. I'm sure someone just to annoy me will say "Oh Kanji Junk Store has hundreds of them in Ginza..." :p

ok, I forget it. So Yahoo Japan seems to be the best source for this computer.

I think Japan-Games has (or has had) a pretty nice conditioned one for sale.
