Secret images found on Google Earth

This Earth is has a lot more surprises in store for us to discover, huh? I need to watch the Discovery Channel more.

 

Shit, I just took a look at these myself using Google Earth. Do you think they are 100% real? If so how come we've never heared about them before?

Someone should publish the co-ordinates for each location.

The first two look like human faces cut out of mountain lines...pretty strange, however the rest all look manmade.

that's really cool. the faces in the earth are particularily interesting...

 

I'm sure if the sun was shining a different way then some of those mountains would look a lot different... Humans want to see faces in a lot of things, a plug socket has a human face if you look at it in a certain way...

they're on the yuotube link. I checked them out for myself. The one that looks like a star in a circle has roads running off it to what looks like bunkers and a very odd looking runway.

I remember looking at Area 51 on Google Earth and being surprised at how close you could look at the outside facilities.

But I guess its whats inside that really matters.

And if I recall correctly, if you zoomed into New York City, you could actually make out people. Not moving people, but photos.

 

I remember there being large headlines in sweden b\c secret military facilities in the country wasn't removed in google earth.

 

Simple outlines and the human mental condition that compels a person to spot faces (we actually have a part of the brain dedicated to this act) means you see plenty of weird stuff in nature. The other things are deliberately man-made as part of rituals or by specific design.

 

they don't really care, as they know when satellites pass overhead, so they move everything inside and shut the doors.

 

And "they" probably own the satellites, too ;-)

I'd seen the "Indian" face on Google Sightseeing (a very interesting page, google it up) - in fact, with the white 'stream' going into his 'ear' it's as if he has white ipod earbuds

 

well, there's actually commercially owned satellites in space pointed at earth, so you could contact a company to get photos of area 51 if you wanted. The government still knows where satellites are and their paths of orbit.

The obviously don't care enough about it, as they do in fact blur out or black out other sites on google earth.

For the other things they seem like something you'd see on a plane, think it's cool for a few seconds, then probably never think about it again. But add it to a video, say "secret", add some music, and suddenly it looks like we're about to be invaded.

That was supposed to be the "Face on Mars" that was found in a photograph taken in the 1970s. People were convinced that it was evidence of martian visitors to the planet. NASA said it was just an odd coincedence with the lighting and terrain, which, of course, made people believe that it must be a cover-up. When NASA refused to send another satellite near Mars just to take a picture of it then that was once again more proof that the US government was covering it up...heh. Over time more images were eventually taken which showed that it was in fact just a lighting/terrain issue. But there are people who spent years and years challenging the government "conspiracy."

 

that would explain why i see cool stuff like people or other weird things when i look at carpet, dry wall, or like forest branches

 

they do that so the machines can water it evenly in a circle. That's why it looks one of those school pencil compass things.
