Anybody hear of this? When I was at the register today at gs, the guy at the register gave me the usual 8 minute (literally) lecture on reserving and trading in games and he said that in 2 weeks, an hour after the store is closed.. Gamers who pre-ordered gears of war will get to try the game out, and there will be freebies given out, as well as playable demos of the game and such inside of the gamestop. I preordered after that, of course.. But yea, id check it out.. I dont know if this is for mine in perticular or all the gamestops in the country, but I would ask about it..
We are doing the same sort of thing at the EB Games I work at in Tennessee, so it is going on in other places, we are also giving away our standee. :shrug:
