All I can tell you is that you have a pirate clone if you didn't know that. It is apparently a model that no one has really seen or documented before. I have never seen glitches like that before and tracking it down will be hard. That's due to lack of info on this clone and the fact most clones are subpar quality compared to official stuff.

Sorry. Wish I could help out more...

Find someone to look at the capacitors first. If not that, start narrowing down potential issues. Video memory or video chip seem plausible. Maybe even cartridge slot.

Even if there weren't any problems, it'd be interesting to find out if the Mega CD expansion works.
Doesn't look like 32X will work. I don't see RGB video output which 32X internally uses.

    Capacitors??

Reflow the solder to the VRAM pins and carefully to the ASIC next to them.

I believe the VRAM chips are the 2 sitting to the left of the 2 big chips with the many small pins. As stated, try reflow soldering those back down. There's a good chance one of the pins on the ASIC chips could be lose or completely disconnected. So if you have the skill, resolder those back down too.

Could try that although my money is now on there being bad capacitors in there. Those are just like batteries. They eventually wear out and stop working. Common problem on Game Gears.
