Sega 32X Wirehead?

Was Wirehead ever released for the 32X? I saw a picture online (which I'm still trying to find again) that showed it released in one of those combo Sega CD/32X CD boxes like Fahrenheit, but I'm 99.99% sure it was never released like that (just the Sega CD version).
