    Lol you got that right!

Model 1 Genesis/Sega CD setup wasn't too bad either.

I haven't had much trouble with load times on Sonic CD. The levels loaded up within a couple seconds or less. PS1 and Neo Geo CD (I don't own one) on the other hand...

AVGN being an idiot is simply a case of "business model implementation". It's for the sake of the show... lol

I still think that shooting a 32X with a compound bow is one of the worst ways to deal with that "thing". I have a 32X and love it. I only have Virtua Racing Deluxe and Mortal Kombat II for it atm but it is fun to use. It isn't very hard to hook up either.

I don't know why he said you need the metal shields for the cartridge slot of a Model 1 Genesis. Mine works fine without it. I have a Sega 32X stereo patch cable for the Model 1 so it adds an extra cable running to the headphone jack, but it means I only need the power supply for the Sega CD Model 1. I also have a 32X RGB SCART cable that has boosted sync and extra circuitry that removes jail bars.

I actually found scans of the American 32X manual online and it says that the 32X supports RGB and Stereo audio even though many, if not most, people ignored this and thought it was just composite and mono audio. It also says it doesn't output PAL even though if you use it on a PAL Mega Drive, it will still work in Mega Drive pass-through mode and it will even display PAL Mega Drive games in PAL. PAL 32X games will give a black screen without a NTSC/PAL Region Switch installed. It advertises a spacer for the CDX but I'm not sure if it even was released.
