    Awesome thanks, Selling three modded Xbox's soon and going to flip some of the $ to fix my Sega Cd and hopefully buy a Vectrex.

    Yeah, it was pretty straight forward, the only part I removed was the PCB and the black tray it was attached to. I removed the new black tray and placed the old tray into the new unit, placed the old PCB onto the old black tray and plugged it back in.

    Sorry for the late reply, got into some Atari 2600 repair and Xbox modding now back to this and......Bummer. Aliexpress says that product is not available and can't be shipped to my location . guess I'll try to find another replacement..

    Never mind, I tried it twice more and it finally went though. strange.
