At a swap i went to last week i found a guy selling videogame booklets and case inserts for 25 cents a piece. I rounded up all the sega cd books and he sold them all to me for $5. There are about 40 in total and a couple repeats. I would LOVE to find some cases so i can put these guys up on a shelf. Might just burn games i dont have to fill the boxes. but for the life of me i cant find these at a decent price. some people are selling them on ebay for over a dollar each. does anyone know where i could get these cases?

I don't think they were ever mass produced like CD cases. It's probably not likely that you find a place to buy empty cases at this point. Maybe back in 1995-1997, but now?

yeah might be a hard find, plus the size of those cases I don't imagine a bulk order would be too cheap to ship

Theres no visible markings of who made them so I'd assume they were produced in house by Sega

There used to be a wholesaler in California that had a giant pile of Saturn sports games and a couple of other overproduced titles. At one point he started selling the games off for a buck a piece and I'd buy them ten and twenty at a time just to have the cases. I think these days, the best source for that sort of buying would be the Goat Store, which generally lets those games go for three or four bucks a piece.
