I watched a Video about Modding Game Gears with LCD ..How much for a LCD Mod and all Caps replaced? This Video I'm talking about

The one from Japan doesn't come with LCD you need to buy that separately. McWill's mod kit comes with LCD. Also Japanese version doesn't have scanline option that McWill mod has. From what I understand, the guy in Japan bought McWill's Lynx LCD mod kit and reverse engineered it to make it work for Game Gear but it was a bit of an ugly hack and he didn't credit McWill with the original design or code.
McWill is from Europe. Shipping from him to me typically takes about 2 weeks but USA customs is usually loose and relaxed. Shipping to some other countries like Canada can take a few weeks longer. My kit is almost here and when I get the time I'll install it and do a follow up. I've already taken apart my GG console and stripped it of unneeded parts. I should point out GG is a bit harder to mod because of tiny pieces that needs to be removed: http://i.imgur.com/xlz4E8R.jpg missing 2 SMD transistors (they are lost forever if you drop it) and a few large easy components.
It might still work. His kit has more than just an LCD, it also has a connection for an optional VGA port. If I read the threads correctly, it's a modern 31KHz signal which is compatible with most, if not all, VGA monitors. It should look better than the RGB mod as it's RGBHV and not RGBS.
