Sega Genesis partial kiosk

I'm looking at buying a partial sega genesis kiosk.

This is the style of kiosk. The one I am looking at is only the top half of this picture: it is missing the console (and DS-16) and the pedestal from below the controllers. Basically it includes the TV and the top 1/2 of the kiosk.


I don't have a good idea of the market value of the full kiosk, let alone only the top half. I saw people selling the full kiosk 5+ years ago around the $500 mark give or take a couple hundred. obviously stuff has inflated in the retro game scene since then. Any ideas for a value for the top half including TV, but not including console or DS 16?

 

I bought the same kiosk a few months ago. It included the bottom half and the DS 16. I had to spend some time restoring it as best I could. I paid between $500-$700 I think.
