Please note that I've been trying to to work at this for a little while, and I do know that I should look into something simpler first, but I've been trying what I have. As of recently, I've been trying to work on how to create a Mega CD (or Sega CD if you prefer) PCM driver. I have been looking deeper into this sort of thing, and I've been finding in the manual interesting things that I need some help with understanding.
