I have 3 sega cdx systems all need 9.5v 1.5amp
and one pal system needs 9.5v 1.3amp
    i have found a ASUS 9.5V 2.5A AC Adapter AD59930
is it safe to use this as a replacement as i cant find any sega power packs anywhere unless some one has any
    would be cool take care.

You could even use a 9.5V 2'500'000A AC Adapter (if it exists) and it would still be safe to use it.
As long the voltage is within ±0.5V tolerance, there is no big risk to use it.

Be more carefully about the right polarisation and the type of voltage (AC/DC). In your case, you need DC.

I just remember seeing a lot of burned CDXs back in the day, also some with voltage problems.
