I foolishly plugged my 110V AC adaptor into 230V mains and blew the adaptor. I am looking to replace it, will a Megadrive II adaptor work?

I thought they were roughly the same. Think I used an MD2 one with my MM.

Doesn't it have the voltage/power info on the bottom?

From what I've gathered, the MM says it needs 1,3 A, while the MD2 power supply only gives out 850 mA, so that could be a problem.

You need any old regulated or switched mode 9v (8.5 to 10V is fine) 1amp (anything slightly higher is fine) PSU with a negative tip 5.5mm / 2.1mm connector (sometimes know as Type E).
