It's fake. Sonic Adventure as we alll know isn't in 16:9 since it's already been shown. THe other titles are unlikley too. VF5 Final Showdown a download only game. Yeah, as if.
There has been a recent outbreak of pictures suggesting that "Project Berkeley II" is circulating on Partnernet, though I'm not so certain as it's unlikely Sega would continue to use a working title all these years later - not to mention the fact Shenmue had become the final name long before a sequel was in the works! However, both Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi are definitely on the way, but sadly the former won't be receiving any kind of upgrade apart from having the Directors Cut features available as a downloadable extra. Jet Set Radio is another that's been strongly rumoured as of late, despite there not being any official confirmation of its existence just yet. On the other hand, after the recent After Burner Climax there's a slight possibility further arcade titles such as Border Break, Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown, Sega Race TV or The House Of The Dead 4 may follow suit. Then again, let's not forget the source of this latest report has a reputation for stirring up the emotions of hardened Sega fanatics by teasing about new hardware that is definitely NOT on the cards any time now or soon, even if this claim doesn't actually seem as far-fetched as usual from Zack Morris and the Sega News Wire team... maybe they've finally learned how to create more convincing lies at last?
Stop getting news from Sega News wire these are the same idiots that insist Sega has a new console coming
Doesn't Race TV have a lot of licensed car properties in it? I can't imagine a business deal that allow that game to be sold at a downloadable price and still pay royalties out to all those manufacturers. I call shennanigans too.
Race TV is a load of shit that at least in Japan quickly got changed for a Wangan Midnight Run rip off and even that wasn't so great. Yakumo
Are you referring to R-Tuned? Alot of people who played both claimed SEGA Race TV was the superior title. I think SEGA Race TV only bombed because it wasn't edgy enough, thus SEGA replaced it with an underground street racer.
