I know there is a Hong Kong SMW2: Yoshi's Island out in the wild based on either the PAL release or the USA release. I forget. It been too long.
I do know most Korean titles on their Super Nintendo (Comboy) has the USA versions of certain games like Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart (I think), and the DKC series as well.
Yep. Sadly it shouldn't of come to that really. However I totally doubt it'd be anything like it. I guess it's the name of it, that just makes me doubt the game. I might be wrong about the rip off part, just when there was a topic on the forums a track looked exactly like one of the Scud tracks.
"PC and online" as "growth area". Seems like desperate measures to some credit aproval. So that means less Wii U games. They had some kind of exclusivity deal, right?
Why would they release English? Most people in China, HK, and Taiwan read Chinese. Them releasing Traditional/Simplified Chinese versions of the game just makes sense.
Since most companies release games in HK with English and always have it's easy to see why you're confused. HK versions on many cart based games are great because they're in English but plug into Japanese consoles without an adapter. Korea is another good place to get English versions. In fact they sell a lot of Korean versions in HK because they're cheaper due to whatever distribution bullshit causes that.
That's a relief, now I can stop caring about modern Sega forever and not wonder if their latest game is a turd or not (usually the former).
Actually, they did make a new 2.5D Shinobi game. It's on the 3DS, and it is quite good. Final level provides some of the most brutal ninja platforming you will ever see.
