    Hi,
    I am fixing my sega saturn and unfortunately, i messed but with the board when i tried to change the bios...
    I would like to know if anyone tried to solder a socket with wire to place new bios in ?

    which socket model do I need ?

    depends on what version of the Saturn you have. If its the original model with the DIP type bios chip, then im sure you could socket it

    Some early Saturns had the BiOS chip in a socket from the manufacturer didn't they?
