Sega Saturn CD-ROM emulator

Hi ,All.
I start a new project , Sega Saturn CD-ROM emulator .
It is in very early stage .
The project goal is a 100% compatible Sega Saturn CD-ROM emulator , and maybe easily port to other platform (eg : dreamcast , ps1).

Another project of mine .

 

Is this the same as the Rhea/Phoebe?

 

Software or hardware project?

 

Has almost same function , but not the same in principles

Mainly hardware ，and software also 。
