Did anyone see early footage from those betas/proto?? I remember that in the jap saturn's there was a flyer of new software to come with some interesting pics of early dark savior, and it look uber-cool! Did someone know if those pics are from the game we all know? thanks in advance.
Hmm, I have those slips you are talking about (all of them) do you knwo what volume it's in? The ones I saw look pretty much the same as the final release to me. There are shots of the early build of Shinobi mind you which look really cool. Yakumo

Yeah, they are the shots I have. It's also been a very long time since I played the game to completion so I can't say if that dragon is in the final game but as far as graphics go it's pretty much what the final game looks like. I have a video of it over on my site if you'd like to check it out. It must be said that the 3D is indeed very sold on it. Yakumo
Hearing the name mentioned has me wanting to dig out Dark Savior as well. Could never understand why they decided to ruin the series with Time Stalkers...
I did a while ago so they might still be here if you do a thread search. I can't re-do them any time soon though. I'm far too busy with other stuff however in the future I'll be adding a special saturn beta section to my site which will feature them for sure. Yakumo
