I tried 2 different cables and I don't remember this happening before. I believe I have the official Saturn cables. The cord is a thick cord that splits off to audio r/l and the svideo. I tried rca just a second ago and still got it. It seems to be more noticeable on the bootup screen. What cables do you suggest.

I have this problem. Wavy white lines that don't roll up the screen, and are worse when a game is loading/CD spinning. I think I have the Model 2 Saturn. I have a Model 1 elsewhere that I'll need to try. The problem, though, is only noticeable on my Samsung HDTV using RGB SCART (the TV has SCART input). It is not present using RF cables. Also, it's not there at all using the smaller Panasonic HDTV I have using the same RGB SCART cable. All I get there is the standard slight hardly noticeable wave when a disc is loading. The Samsung TV's SCART socket works fine using my Dreamcast.
