Sega Saturn MOD CHIP - UK

hi all

i have looked into buying a modded sega saturn but i think they are out of my range, i have a fantastic condition one here that i want to try to mod.

anyone here selling a easy to fit mod chip? i have never modded a console but have fixed ps2's and RROD on my xbox 360

PS Considering the fact that he is actually from the UK aswell, I would highly recommend asking him how much he will charge you to fit it and do the region free and 50/60 mods to your console aswell...

Unfortunatly the mod chip, wont remove region restrictions ,while you can patch you backups to play different regions , it wont allow you to play original games from different regions, so doing both is extremely useful , as you wont need to patch the backups, and you can get imported games aswell...

 

Patching the image before burning will work 99% of the time. Bad_Ad84 also has replacement BIOS chips on hand that will allow anything from any region to work without patching. It does require some soldering experience to pull off without destroying anything.

Thats what I meant by Region mod and 50/60 mod, I doubt he still does the old pic jumper mod

Switchless 50/60hz
