Sega Saturn MOSFET Replacement

    Hi, the power supply of my Sega Saturn (220V Pal) just died on me, after some testing I've found that the TOP202YAI is faulty, it's an N-channel Mosfet/PWM controller on the AC side. It seems that it is out of production for quite some time, so I was looking for a suitable drop-in replacement as TO220 package. The NTSC version is the TOP102YAI (110V I believe).

    Does anyone know what would be a current replacement?

    Yes, it's the modern version.

    It supports 100-250 input, rather than needing 2 different versions for ntsc or pal boards.
