Sega Saturn not reading games.

I have sega saturn that was playing games properly but when I was trying to do the swap trick it worked for me twice and after that ,it did not work for the original ones and it says drive empty. I have tried to adjust the pot and it only reads audio CD-R's. I think that it is a problem with the laser. So, if the laser needs replacement , I have sega saturn model 2 with JVC drive and optima 6. Should I install optima 6 or 6S?
