Just received the bundle from amazon.co.jp, that, supposedly, includes the Saturn USB pad. It has D-pad and buttons, with a white shell. The box was sealed, and totally mint, but I honestly don't care too much about the game itself. It's the controller that I was after. After deflowering the package that's been sealed for 10 years, you can imagine the look on my face when there's no Saturn pad in the box. Did I get ripped off; did someone take it out and reseal it? Was it a special, free, mail-order offer from SEGA Direct if you bought the bundle or something? I'm really confused. It's the last Saturn USB pad that I don't have... Here's a link for those who haven't seen it. I assume most here are familiar with the re-print, Saturn USB pads from 2004: Gold; white; grey; black; metalic blue; etc. http://tinyurl.com/Puyo-Pop-bundle
Bad luck. Some descriptions on the amazon.co.jp marketplace explicitly state that the pad is included (パッド付).
@ASSEMbler: yeah, I was pretty sure of that. I don't think the SKU would be of any help. @cez: I never had the impression that it wasn't. ¥4,000 would be a lot for the game itself, no? TBH, I really have no idea of it's value, sans the controller.
Sure. I'm just saying that the description should have said if anything would be missing. Just go ahead and contact the seller or open a claim with amazon. You should at least get a partial refund.
If there is no controller and you are sure that the discription didn't mention it was missing then send it back for a refund. Amazon are cool with refunds.
At least I know was supposed to be in there. Still waiting to hear back from the guy. Thanks everyone.
