SEGE PICO Region locked ?

I just picked up a US PICO a flea market $10 boxed w/ no game and it seems all the appealing games are JAP. I searched the form and google and turned up nothing so dealing with it region, I am assuming the SEGA PICO is not region specific. Does anyone have any definitive info for me? Thanks

The only information I was able to pick up was from a description from an eBay seller selling this item. It appears that all Sega Pico systems are multiregion.
