I think we can "fix" some boot method for people who have an DTL-Hx0x0x unit (the ones with MG support) and an SONY HDD which uses DISC type KELFs being launched from the harddrive.

Well I did attempt that at first. I downloaded the ISO, master patched it, and burned it to a DVD disc. The disc didn't work on my PS2 test, so I assumed that it would only work if I burned it to a CD disc. So afterwards I put the uLaunchELF disc onto my HDD and launched it with a HDadvance mastered disc I had. I had all the ELFs for FMCB but again, it didn't work because it couldn't decrypt the DVDBIN file. Afterwards, attempting to create a OpenPS2 Loader disc but again didn't work because I burned it onto a DVD and not a CD... grrr. So my last request was to see if I could find a patched DVD iso of the most recent revision of HDloader. I attempted to make a disc from CDgenPS2 but the master patcher said it had an error patching the disc and even if I could patch it, it was created as a CD image so I'm not very confident that it would work burned to a DVD... Thanks for the help so far. Trying to think of a work around.

If you got one of my uLaunchELF image, extract the files from the cue/bin, create a new image with cgenPS2, add a large dummy file (like 1GB) and output an .iso file.
Patch it to master and burn it to a DVD, it should work.

The overall disc size needs to be above 1.4GB otherwise it'll recognise it as a cd instead, something to do with it overlapping with the MiniDVD size range
