    I don't see how citcelaid broke any rules, it doesn't specifically say you NEED a picture.

    Yah, it says in THE picture, meaning if you had one, you'd need your name in it.

    Just skimming through the first page, I've found MORE than enough examples of people with no pictures for that to be true

    Why would you assume that? Nothing in his post suggests he does, imho at least.

    He may have found one up for auction and just wants to check how much to bid on it... If so, he should've explicitly stated he doesn't own the item though.
