I've been seeing this one on TV for quite some time. I'm curious if it actually does anything given you are supposed to voluntarily use your muscles through activity. If you just stand there and let something move your arms I suppose you putting up resistance to it's movement does provide some resistance type training but I can't imagine it is nearly as effective as lifting weights or doing some boxing.
They should sell those things in schools so that girls learn how to give a proper handjob. It would probably lower the incidence of teenage pregnancy
