The TV went in the rubbish container at work. Yeah the stories you hear from some of the members here.
Maybe we should go bin diving in Scoresby VIC (Nintendo hq)

That's one great thing about working, massive rubbish bins! Nintendo has a headquarters here? I had no idea! Also, why? What does it do? LOL :p

It gave us cheap Component GC cables while they were in stock :p I have also picked up other Gamecube goodies like the Broadband Adapter, faceplates and Gameboy Player Startup Disc.
Yeah bin diving was a joke :) but in my dreams I am finding all sorts of rare stuff

Here's a good one, looking at the Sega TeraDrive externally. Next video we'll jump into the innards and poke around.

Ohhh all those things! Have they worked out they can just be in Asia and ship to Australia for cheap? Asia Pacific! One region to rule them all!

Edit: Whoops! Just read the rules, I'll keep it to one a week with a summary of all my fun uploads! :)
Sorry mods! Don't be mad! Please? :)

They made GC faceplates? And man I'd like to get my hands on a broadband adapter. My GC Tower of Power feels a little less Powerey without something in that slot.

Back when I lived in Chicago, sometimes I'd go down alleys hoping to see something like a Neo Geo in the trash. All I ever found was a broken desktop.

A broken PC is better than no broken PC I guess? :D

I dunno, it's kind of like slow internet. More frustrating than no old PC.
The one time I tried turning it on I just got a 2 minute long string of beeps.

Hahaha, I know what you mean. Were the beeps anything like this?

Well it looks like I fell off the face of the earth for a while - good reason too! That's right, I've been getting my weight loss on so I can tie more Sony PVMs to me... at least I think that was the initial goal! :)

    Edit 22nd June 2016: - 88.0kg reached!

I made it! 80kg, time to start churning out more videos and strap these PVMs to me... What was I thinking! :D

Why have just one weekend when I could do an entire WEEK! Actually, ever scrambled the VRAM on a Mega Drive 2 while connected via RGB? Fun times ahead! :)

Replacing good old C59 with a non-polar / bipolar capacitor using my new Hakko tweezers! They work incredibly well on recently installed SMD caps, not so well on corroded, leaky caps...
