    Checked it against the final US ROM, it matches it perfectly. :(

    Were you comparing it to the Europe ROM?

    One of my favourite games from back then!
    It'll be fun to check this one out.

    This is super generous of you!
    Everytime you share a prototype is like an early christmas gift to me!

    Anyways, I just did a quick run through of the first 4 levels without noticing any differences.
    The Game Genie codes from the final version also work with this.

    Are you sure this one isn't identical to the final US ROM?

    You can run a check yourself, make sure I didn't download the wrong retail rom. I will double check later. The files I tried earlier had thousands of coding differences, but I have seen that occur with no discernable differences. On the flip side, I have seen a couple of differences radically change the game.

    You know, I think I downloaded a few of these "retail" from Romnation, which, in addition to having lots of viruses, isn't exactly clear in its descriptions of roms.

    Oh well, now that I feel bad, looks like I will need to make it up to people later tonight :).
