    Could someone give me a rough idea on what these are worth nowadays, i don't see many come up for sale and the ones that do usually are in need of repair.

    I have two machines which i will be selling soon, a AN-500B console and psu in full working order and a AN-500R which needs disc calibration.

    If it may help I recently bought one on ebay, color black. Was sold auction style as working with cartridges but cannot read disks. Came with AC adaptor and AV cables. Won the auction for 70$ before shipping. This was not a steal but a decent price imo.
