I really doubt you'll find someone willing to manufacture brand new shells for you... Unless you want an NES one, you can order from retrousb Like I said in your other thread, your best option, likely your only one, is to recycle the shell from another game you don't mind taking apart.
I don't need anyone to manufacture brand new shells. I mean someone to cut up an old shell and slap a sticker on it so it looks nice. I just can't and don't have time to do this so I'm willing to pay for the service.
