I've been hearing rumors for the past year or two that there is a final translated copy of the 2nd and 3rd scenarios for SF3 floating around the scene that never got officially released. Anyone have any truth to the rumors? Or does anyone have any info on a port to a next gen system with all three included? Not sure how this topic came up amongst my friends locally, but I figured if anyone knew, I'd be able to get an answer here.
Shining Force Central has released a translation patch for the Premium Disk. I don't think translated copies of Scenario 2 & 3 exist, perhaps in a future new patches will be made.
