I find that its not always 'for nothing'. I don't justify what any of the school/public shooters do but I think that sometimes there are reasons behind it and if people look at these and try to stop it from happening that one day school shootings will be a thing of the past.

Yes, it's (naturally) big news around here. Very sad. The news deems it's 'strange that something like this happens in The Netherlands'. I say this could happen everywere, anywhere..

That interview with Marilyn Manson is one of the best parts of that documentary. His answer to that question is just perfect.

Anyway, what happened to the school here in Rio, and now at the mall in netherlands, is just so sad. What a week...

I agree completely. He went up dramatically in my estimation after watching it.

I think it was eye opening to alot of people. I assume from his looks. alot of people would stereotype him to be a freak.

Aren't guns strictly regulated in NL? Not surprised one slipped through the cracks.

As a high school teacher, and one who was a student in high school right when Columbine happened, I appreciated this documentary, especially this part, even more.

That being said, as someone who was bullied every day for more than two years, and who had serious issues because of it, if I had had access to a weapon in the sixth grade, my life would probably have been shorter - because of the fucking adults who don't listen to kids and let shit like that happen.

I know someone in the area.. Amazingly he left 1 hour before this had happened. It's amazing how people can just flip out in a second and commit murders like nothing..

I can agree with the last part. At my school theres a careers advisor who is cool as shit but like 90% of year 11 take the piss out of him. Its well known and yet teachers don't do shit, and then he has to 'advise' them when they want to get out of fucking lessons.
