A friend is leaving soon on her 'trip round the globe' with her University recently graduated group, and will stay a couple of weeks in Japan, so I wanted her to buy me some stuff, though unluckily I don't think I can ask her to bring me a console because that would be too much of a burden, she will continue traveling through other countries and will be back in late December. I was thinking of something retro of course, and most certainly Nintendo stuff, so any recommendations are accepted :icon_bigg Let's say I'm thinking on a $200-$300 Dollar Budget. Is Superpotato the best retail place to buy stuff ? If you know of any other places worth checking out in search for videogames and also know the addresses (to make things easier for her ^^) I'd really appreciate it. Action Figures and/or Videogames OST could be considered as well. Thanks :110:
Theres a lot of similar topics on the forum about this, places vary depending on what you are looking for.. Personally I can recommend this map from GaijinPunch: http://www.gamengai.com/akimap.php Its a good overview on Akihabara, which should help you a lot.
What s1xty said: There's at least 5 other topics in here covering that... maybe more. Search a bit. Should answer all your questions.
Lazy me  I'll give it a search, though I think I've decided, I'm between a Wonderswan FF Edition or a GameBoy Light, dunno if she'll find them easily though. Thanks :katamari:
I dunno about the price of those Wonderswans now - Back in 2004 the whole set was like 1400 Yen (new?, atleast very mint)!
Loose Wonderswan Crystals were about 2000 Yen, can't remember how much Color and Mono were. But I got 10 loose WS games for 840 Yen, absolute bargain.
